Refund & Returns Policy

At lucky squishy bag, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below to understand the conditions under which we process returns, issue refunds, and handle order cancellations.

General Policy:

1. All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.

2. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products, minor imperfections may be present. These are inherent to the crafting process and do not constitute a defect.

3. Additionally, certain materials used in our products, such as our stress-relief toys, may have a natural odor. This is normal and should not be considered a defect.

Order Cancellation:

1. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

2. After 24 hours, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items:
If the outer packaging of your shipment appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos as evidence before opening the package.
Upon opening, if you find the item to be damaged, take detailed photos of the damage.
Contact our customer service team with the photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to
resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Provide the necessary information and photos as required.
Await confirmation from our team on the next steps for return or replacement.
Return the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include all original accessories.
We will not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Usage and care
When using our products, especially our stress-relief toys, please handle them with care to avoid staining or damage.
