Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, the remoteness of the delivery address, and the customs clearance speed in your local area.
Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once an order is accepted and the goods are unpacked, the order is non-refundable and non-returnable. You can contact us to know the progress of your order. After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order in real-time.
Shipping Method: We ensure all our shipments are packed securely to guarantee the safety of the items during transit. If you receive a damaged package, you can record an unboxing video. If the contents are damaged, we will compensate for the original goods, but remember to have the unboxing video as evidence.
